Congratulations again to our good friend and sponsored jockey John Dawson for becoming ‘The Yorkshire Area P2P Men’s Champion 2022/23’ for the 7th time in his riding career.

At the time of writing this he has ridden 18 winners and had 13 seconds this season, making a career total of 230 wins Point to Pointing and under rules.

His memorable day this season was at Duncombe Park where Monsun Storm finally gets his nose in front for John, who also trains him.

John and his wife Alice run a successful Breaking, Pre training and Training establishment.

John being the ultimate horseman, he is also a great ambassador for the sport and for White Rose Saddlery.
